I'm still suspecting Ixistant. It started off on a gut instinct and his actions then backed my instincts up, just like Kugetsu. My reason is what Ammer said. 
Couldn't have put it better myself. Besides, my gut has been pretty accurate up til now, maybe I should listen to it more often.

Flatluigi is obviously bad, we need to take care of him today! If we don't get a majority on him, then the "Vice-President" might be able to stop it again, and it doesn't seem like the Vice-President is on the side of the innocents anymore.

How is he 'obviously' bad? I do see how one could suspect him, but there has been nothing blaring, like extreme support or defense.

Even if he isn't, he is wasting our executions, and no normal innocent would want to prevent the people from moving on and finding bad guys. So we have to get rid of him, or someone has to provide proof he is good.

I was reading the thread of the dead..It seems like there is definitely a "governor." Suppose the governor is a baddie-shouldn't we try to figure out who the governor is too? S/he contributed to the wasting of executions too.
Also, a majority was sort of reached once (the first time, I think), but one vote was just a moment late.

So far we've got 4 votes for flatluigi and 1 for Ixistant.
On day 4 someone stole the executioner's scythe, on day 5 Scott simply said no execution, on day 6 no majority and no decision...
I suppose the governor stopped the execution on day 5, so if we have a majority against flatluigi he can't stop it.
And correct me if I'm wrong, baddies do have the power to stop their own execution once. It's not proof, but it's something.

Well, Shadowfare did turn out to be a Baddie, and so I'll have to trust Ammer (and Twinkle) on this. Of course, there is no way we can be sure, but I think Luigi is innocent.

Were any of the people killed early in the game the "governor?" Because if you didn't use the power, wouldn't the baddies get it?

But I think Nikita and Ixistant are suspicious. I might be wrong but wasn't Dawn2 defending Nikita when someone made the slightest accusation against her? And about Ixistant, well he just doesn't seem to be saying much at all after being really active at the beginning of the game.
