Yes, I am a guy. Just because I have an Evanescence set doesn't make me a girl.

And this jabond, doesn't look good in the boardroom if you refer to the person firing you as their opposite sex.

Pizza, Pizza! - Twizzler0171

Pizza! Yes, you heard me right. Don’t tell me you’ve never heard of Pizza before! Surely you must have heard the name at least once. Now do you know what I’m talking about? No? Oh well, people rarely do.

Whether or not you understand me, I will tell you a few facts on pizza. Some types of pizza, bad that may happen to your pizza, and some history of it, for example. We shall discuss it in that order, I think, and I’ll tell you two types of pizza.

Pepperoni pizza is one of the most widely known pizzas. At least, I think it is one of the most common. Pepperonis are small, little reddish-white circles that look like pizzas in my own little way. They are kind of spicy, but just a little bit. Before the pepperoni is cut, it looks kind of like sausage… Okay, maybe not… liverwurst?

Canadian Bacon and Pineapple pizza, or as I call it, Hawaiian pizza, is my favorite. But there is no bacon on it at all! Canadian bacon is actually just a fancy term for a thin slice of ham. The only way it can be Canadian is if the poor pig came from Canada… but then, how could it be Hawaiian? Hmm, how confusing.

Those aren’t the only two types of pizza, you know. There are many other types, so mix and match them! There are many toppings, ranging from anchovies to, umm, macaroni and much more!

Unfortunately, bad things can and will happen to your pizza. Instead of putting it into the microwave, for example, you could put it into the freezer and can’t find it. Or while baking it, the pizza could catch on fire! Or… okay, I’ll shush on this subject now before something bad actually does happen.

There are many theories of where pizza originally came from, but pizza, as we know it now, originated from Naples, Italy. Wait, isn’t that a tree? Oh… Naples, not maples… Anyways, I’m continuing on with the original thought in mind now. The pizza was made out of flattened bread dough with olive oil, tomatoes, and mozzarella cheese. Before that time, tomatoes were thought to be poisonous! One of the villagers must have put it on to add bulk to the pizza.

In 1889, to honor a visit to Naples by King Umberto I and Queen Margherita, a man by the name of Raffaele Esposito created a special pizza, which represented the Italian flag. The pizza consisted of basil for the green coloring, mozzarella for the white coloring, and tomatoes for the red coloring. The pizza was an instant hit with the royal family!

Well, that’s about it! If you have any more questions about pizza, remember, Google is your friend! Oh, and you have a question for me? All right, lets hear it…

If pizza is so good, then why aren’t I having it for dinner? Err; I can answer that… just wait awhile while I run away from you, please?

Whew, that was fun! I actually did have pizza for dinner the night I started to write this, and then for lunch yesterday, too.

Yoshi and I are still expecting articles from the following candidates,

Tonu
LaceyJade
Stephanie
Kidwaiy
firefox
Riddikulus

You have until Sunday. If not, two of you will be automatically fired. And each one will be fired day by day unless the task is complete. And if you carry this onto the second task being announced, than you'll have to do both or you're fired.

---

Also, four articles from here will be featured in the upcoming issue of the PI. Each issue four new articles will appear. So keep an eye out for you!

Online Movie Rentals: It’s a battlefield out there by Firefox

In this review, I shall be reviewing two online movie rental services – Netflix, Blockbuster.

Netflix –

Rent All You Want
With Netflix you can rent as many DVDs as you want for just $17.99 plus any applicable tax a month. You keep a revolving library of up to 3 DVDs at a time and can exchange them for new available DVDs as often as you like. The number of DVDs you rent depends on how quickly you watch and return each of your DVDs.
Free Shipping and Postage
Select your movies at sign-up and they should arrive in your mailbox within 1 to 3 business days via first class mail. We reach more than 85% of our subscribers with generally one-day delivery. After you finish watching a movie, simply put it in its prepaid envelope and mail it back to us. As soon as they receive it, they'll send your next available movie. Shipping is always free both ways — no hidden charges.

More Than 30,000 Movies
They have virtually every DVD published — everything from classics to new releases. As a member, you'll be able to choose from any of our 30,000 titles — five times the selection of a typical video store. There web site is available 24 hours a day and makes finding movies simple and convenient.
Cost
Our 3-at-a-time program is $17.99 plus any applicable tax per month. There are no additional charges. There are no late fees or due dates — even shipping is free both ways!

Netflix currently provides movie entertainment to more than 2,000,000 satisfied customers

Verdict – As a Netflix customer, I think there service is great. Movies always come on time, so you never complain.

Final Word: 5 stars out of 5

Blockbuster –
In addition to the foregoing, membership in the BLOCKBUSTER Online rental service ("BLOCKBUSTER Online") is subject to the following additional Online Rental Terms and Conditions, and to payment of the applicable monthly membership fee plus applicable taxes. Actual membership fee may be changed from time to time as provided herein. BLOCKBUSTER Online membership is not transferable and is only available in the United States. The BLOCKBUSTER Online membership term commences on the date you sign up for BLOCKBUSTER Online membership and is valid with renewals until cancellation as outlined below (the "Membership Term"). By subscribing to BLOCKBUSTER Online, you agree to be bound by these Online Rental Terms and Conditions. You must have Internet access, a valid email address, and a valid credit card or check card to be a member of BLOCKBUSTER Online.
These Online Rental Terms and Conditions are subject to change by Blockbuster at any time, in its sole discretion, with or without advance notice. The most current version of the Online Rental Terms and Conditions, which will supercede all earlier versions, can be accessed through the hyperlink at the bottom of the blockbuster.com site. Continued use of your BLOCKBUSTER Online membership constitutes acceptance of the most recent version of the Online Rental Terms and Conditions.

Verdict – You may 17.00 dollars for three movies, but you can get one for 12 and 2 for 15 dollars, fluctuating price vs. steady price. Steady Price wins in my mind. Plus, until you sing up, they don’t tell you what they do, and they don’t have every movie for rental.

Final Word: 3 out of 5

Both have the similar policies, but Netflix is larger with more customers and movie selection. Blockbuster is new in the online rental business and there fore doesn’t know as much about the market. So now that you know about to big online rental places. So, sign up and rent some movies

There its done, 613 words of it all

The revival of Super Mario 64
By Tonu

Mario... One of the most recognizable video game characters of all time... The mustached Italian plumber has withstood the test of time. He made his debut in "Donkey Kong" in 1981 and he's still here today. He’s come a long way... He started out as a little two-dimensional guy known as “Jump Man” and is now in full 3-D. And today we are talking about his most current game, Super Mario 64 DS.

This is a remake of the 1996 Nintendo 64 hit, Super Mario 64. It was Mario’s take on 3-D gaming. It was an amazing game, and I was in disbelief when I found out it would be coming over to the new Nintendo Handheld, the DS. But it gets better... Not only will you be able to play one of the best games of all time on the go, but there will also be completely new characters, mini-games, and more and stars to collect!

As said above, there are new characters to play as, and to be completely honest, I think the new characters are great and add a bit of customization to the game... You start out as Yoshi, but very early in the game, Mario becomes available... And not long after that, Luigi (My favorite!) is available! Now, why would we bother to unlock the other characters? After all, now we have the best character unlocked. Well, without all of the characters, you can’t collect all 150 stars! So I guess we have to unlock Wario. I don’t particularly care for Wario, but he (Just like everyone else) is needed somewhere. Wario was the hardest (In my opinion...) To unlock, mainly because the way you unlock him is something I never really thought of, and to be honest, I unlocked him by accident! So with four playable characters, that makes Super Mario 64 DS already a bit different from the original.

But there’s more! Now we have wonderful mini-games to play! I think the mini-games are fantastic... With the new touch screen on the DS, it makes the mini-games a lot easier to play and it makes them more original than most mini-games in other video games... And they aren’t that hard to unlock! There are 36 total, and you start out with 8. My two favorites were playable from the very beginning! You unlock more by running around catching little rabbits, and there are 7 for each character to collect. So if you don’t unlock every character, you can’t unlock every mini-game!

So with 3 more characters, 30 more stars, 36 brand new mini-games, and an all new wireless multi-player mode, Super Mario 64 DS is definitely worth getting even if you have completed the first one. I got the Nintendo DS for this game alone, and I can honestly say I’m glad I did!

Here we go! I'm pretty happy with how it turned out!

Sister Princess Review by LaceyJade

A new anime series called Sister Princess came out in 2004, released by ADV Films, Inc. If you like Tenchi Muyo, you’ll definitely love it.

Wataru Minakami was at the top of his middle school class until the finds out he failed the entrance exam into high school. He then gets sent to an island called Promised Island where he finds out that he has twelve younger sisters he never knew about! He must learn to live with them even though they constantly fight to spend time with him and even go so far as to assign hours that each sister gets to spend with him.

Plot: 6.5/10
The plot is rather weak – generally each episode is a “Wataru spends time with one of his little sisters” type of thing. There are many obvious questions that would go against him not knowing he had twelve little sisters (they lived on a house on an island… what parent leaves their twelve girls to watch after themselves on a small island?) and other basic plot elements like why he failed his entrance exams to high school or why his butler seems to always follow him around.

Animation/Graphics: 9.5/10
Very beautifully done. There were no awkward transitions or strange poses. However, my only pet peeve was that if a character wore glasses, the entire eyes got covered, making the face look a little bit awkward.

Voice Acting: 10/10
The actors that were cast were probably the best ones possible for their roles – the voices all sounded very much like you’d expect the characters to sound like. Every sister, from the youngest (a kindergartener) to the oldest (a freshman in high school) had extremely characteristic voices.

Hilarity: 10/10
Sister Princess left me cracking up after watching just the first four episodes. It’s absolutely hilarious – no corny jokes or puns in it, and no dirty humor either. There’s no cussing in it, so it is actually suitable for people of all ages (though it’s recommended for teens and up.)

Overall Score: 9/10
In conclusion, Sister Princess is a great anime for the entire family. Even though I have only seen the first four episodes, I am already in love with it. If you haven’t seen it yet, then you should go pick up a copy of the first and possibly second volumes of it at your local Best Buy or other anime retailer.

Yay, I'm finished! It took me a while to do because school started back up this week (groan) but there it is. Time to send it to Yoshi now. :)

oo, Tonu, I'm glad you put up an article about that! I loved Super Mario 64 but kind of refrained from getting a DS and that game because I thought it would be like the same game, only on a smaller screen. I'll see if any of my friends have a DS and I'll go rent SM64DS. :D I'm a nintendo junkie at heart..

mario, zelda, smash bros, mario kart. <3

As far as I know, he posted what each company is saying to their customers by copying and pasting their notice and reviewing it underneath.
