EDIT: I just noticed. Tht title of the map page, which happened to contain the link to the hint, is "Header Image?". This may be a clue.

intresting, I'm wondering the significanse of the word shout as it seems like an extra word that isn't necessary.

for now, I'm trusting Monique and going with majority, I doubt that she would make such a bold statement and put her life on the line if she wasn't absolutly positive that jelly was evil.

I think the shout means that you have to say something (secret word or phrase?) and something will happen.
