Ten Little Indians-BEGUN

Fri Jan 13, 2006 3:07 pm

Innocents and Killers may kill other people.
Innocent killers will become additional killers.
If all Innocents believe that-
-they know who the killer is, and they’re thinking of the same person, then they may recruit a Guilty to kill the Killer. If no Guilties live, they may kill the Killer themselves
-they know the Killer is dead, they know the Killer’s identity, and they are correct, they win.
If Guilties believe that both the original Killer is dead, plus any new Killers, they may attempt escape to win.
If the Killer kills all, they win. If they kill all Guilties, they may attempt to escape the Island.
One player has special circumstances. This will be a burden to their whole group if something happens. What?

Each Guilty will know of two people who definitely are NOT the Killer.

Each innocent will know of two people who might be innocent- one who is, and one who isn’t. No two innocents will know of the same person being innocent, unless they’re not.

Use this form when attempting to kill someone:

Time of death:
Cause of Death:

IF YOU DON’T KNOW, DON’T ASK; IF YOU DO KNOW, DON’T TELL:

Hey, do you have a list of players so we can know who is playing?

Sun Jan 15, 2006 8:19 pm

the list will be revealed when the game officially starts, but there was a reasonably small number of entries, so no restrictions as of yet.

Also, there were a few little bits of errata which managed their way into the rules, so I will post a condensed guide of Rights and Regulations.

I'm sorry that names didn't get out today, I will be sending the Killer their info, but expect to recieve your info as soon as possible. All you know, right now, is whether you can kill others or not (Guilties can't.). I will be sending the Killer's info out tonight.

Silly you, there's no point in trying to have roles of any sort- this game is entirely strategic killing, with not much else to hurt you, except your fellow man.

Remember that you can, of course, attempt a kill at any time, unless you're guilty, so strategy is left entirely up to you. The Killer knows your position, so it's not like you can avoid death permenantly unless you take the initiative.

Take a long look at strategy.

DIARY ONE
JANUARY 10

I recieved the note instructing me to go on the vacation today. I'm a bit wary of the whole thing, ya know? Perhaps it's a scam, and I'm going to have to pay several thousand dollars for a "free" vacation; if that happens, I have my cell phone, so I'll just call my lawyer. They say a whole lot of people died at Indian Island, many years ago, but they destroyed the house where those ten recieved their final verdict from the judge. They say it's perfectly safe; doors have good locks, and we'll all be checked for poison and the like when we go to the ship. I'm not really worried, I just don't really like the idea of going to an island where so many died all at once...

There have cuurently been no important things happening on the island as of yet... and of course, still plenty of things I haven't told you. Good luck, and start killin'!

Because there are plenty of circumstances you haven't thought of yet.

JANUARY 21: 12:33 PM

The residents of the house looked in awe at the now slumped over body of CW. To those who knew the tragic fates of the previous residents on this island, it was an omen: A poisoned beverage. Royal_Lemon, a doctor by trade, noted that it was poison, and fearfully stared at the body, believing that this was most certainly intentional. Fearful glances went throughout the room, as the guests realized that one of them had caused this.

What could CW have done to have caused this?
