Ok, so its my turn to make the meal tonight, and it's for 5 people, and I have no idea what to make.

So, does anyone know something to make? It doesn't have to be really easy either.

Oooh Chilli Con Carne! Chilli is fantastic to make for any number of people. I don't have a recipe as I usually make it from scratch but I do know a couple of nifty tricks. Red wine is especially nice in chilli and if you serve it in a Yorkshire pudding base it's wonderful. Do you get Yorkshire pudding over in Canada?

Yum, those sound great!! Along with some guacamole, refried beans, salsa (the watery homemade kind), and taco chips.

Shoot, now I made myself hungry. And if there weren't a Sox game on tonight, I would make that for dinner. Maybe tomorrow.

You could always make pasta. What's really good is making a sauce out of chopped tomatoes, garlic, onion, and olive oil. And garlic bread too! Slices of a baguette or something with a mixture of melted butter, olive oil, and chopped garlic poured over it and then cooked. Or broiled.

everyone can make pasta, even i can and i burn water.
add some rosemarry, try not to use Basil or basil based sauce add some chicken, and youre away.
