No way! He was such a great author. I liked the few books of his that I read.

Very sad. He was one of my top two favorite writers. Although 84 years is very good. So it goes, indeed.

Sad, how death is sometimes the only way you hear of people...

Anyway, RIP. 84 was a darn good age ^^

Aw, that's sad. I've been meaning to read Slaughterhouse Five since last year, but never was able to get the book, much less read it.

But still, he lived to an old age, which is usually good.
