Der, I don't need to read the article to know that the answer is sleep naked. 8)

After living in Chicago my entire life, I've adjusted to heat and humidity. Still, I think I'm going to try some of the tips in that article on sleeping in the heat.

Keep the AC on.

Warning about one part of the article, the sleeping with wet towels around you. That can give you muscle pains. I used to sleep in my wet bathsuit when I was younger, and after a couple days my one arm hurt really badly. Not sure if it'd be the same with towels, but just in case.

Every person in my family has a air conditioner in their bedrooms except me :P My windows are too oddly shaped to put one in. So currently, I have a ceiling fan, a regular desk fan, and a giant floor fan in my room. They usually work pretty well unless it gets over 90, then I sleep on the couch downstairs :)

Dont rightly work in my house.
All the heat radiates towards my room, fortunetly Ive adapted to the sweltering heat, but it does mean that the moment anyone else comes in they get overcome rather quickly.

We have a central AC system that goes through the ceiling, so no worries there. I ALWAYS sleep with my fan on though.

I can't believe how far my thread has progressed! And not all of it is about getting yourself cool either XD Anyway, I got a new product called Magicool yesterday and it's really good! It only works for a few seconds but it's relieving. And if your car is hot you can spray it around the car and it will cool it down.

Ginger, you should write all these tips up for the Pink Ink.

You know, water is cheaper and good for your skin.

I know someone who's allergic to Magicool.

My dad fills up this spray bottle thing full of ice cold water and sprays it over hisemlf now and then. For me, I just leave my fan on.

I always thought Magicool was just a water-based liquid in an aerosole can.
