School or no school?

Thu Dec 02, 2004 6:08 pm

The school I would currently be going to is fixing up one room in the whole school.
So I can go there.
1 room rubber free.
So I don't get to have a locker, or go to the lunchroom.
Should I go there and go to that one room, and hear everyone make fun of me?

Why would they make fun of you?

They can go all over the school and I can only stay in one room?
Yeah, I think that's it.

adam, i dont really understand what you're asking...

But why can you only go in one room?

He has a rubber allergy.

You really don't have a choice, Adam. You didn't give yourself the allergy, so just go in and go in proud. Ignore everybody else. Doubt you'd hear them as much as usual if your in one room anyway. :D

Adam, I think that's cool. I wouldn't make fun of anyone who had that allergy. In my junior high school we had three girls who were allergic to peanut butter. Therefore, they had to spend lunch hour in a small room. I was jealous of them because they had all the room to themselves.

School helps with social skills, and it can build new friendships.
I'd say go. No point in being afraid.

If they make fun of you for something you can't control, you don't want them as your friends anyway.

:) You always have us here at PPT.

And unless I didn't know about it, there's no rubber or peanut butter here! If your allergic to chickens, though... well, there's not much we can do about that...

I say go to school. I'm homeschooled, and I miss all the friends I had when I went to a public school. Even if you can only go to one room, you'll still get to see your friends. Right?

i say go to school too.

Yeah.....
The room they are making rubber free is the main class room.

I say go. The only reason I really like school is because of all the lovely males there (you know one), though you probably enjoy the females more.
Do it for the ladies! Image

oh yeah... and to see your friends and get a better education and stuff...

I'd go for it!! Unless of course, you don't like school. I mean who doesn't?
*cough* *cough*

Definitely go for it, I think.

A rubber alergy? Ouch, that much be tough. Good luck in that in the future. :(

And Zero... :roflol:
