Vacation Time...

I have the rest of this week off from school, as well as next monday.
Is it just my particular school system? Or does anyone else have time off this week? (I know about Presidents Day.

)

I had it off last week. It was the first time my school district has tried giving us a break in winter (herein known as 'winter break'), and it was kind of strange.

I don't think it's only your school district.

didnt get to go to the british museum, or the imperial war mueseum.

I have Monday off, and that's it. No fancy vacation until March or April.

my birthdays on easter friday, so thats somthing i guess.
though it is my 18th, and it is a bank holiday.

Nope, unfortunately. We only had Monday off. But I'm sick, so I've missed two days already. @_@

Just Monday. My school only gives us breaks during the holidays and Easter/Passover

I homeschool, so normally I don't get breaks. I might take the day off on a holiday or maybe work a half day. I do have community college class on Monday's and Wednesday's and next Monday is off so I guess I sort of get a holiday.

I have next week off.

Then after that we come back for two days and then all of us seniors head to Florida for our senior trip.

The college I work at gives students MLK day off, and that's pretty much it during the spring term. They don't get any other holidays except Spring Break, and we staff don't even get that.

Of course, there're a lot of staff you don't want to see raising Cain in Cabo San Lucas or Panama City, so maybe it's for the best...

I had last Friday off as a school district holiday (also partly for Lunar New Year). No more breaks, with the exception of delayed-start school days, until Spring Break and Easter Break (combined this year), which is in late March.

I'm really happy because all of the Easter holiday days are on days that aren't part of the usual holiday at the end of terms so I have extra holidays this year

. Easter is eaaarly this year round.

last wednesday, thursday and friday were a school holiday for me. I'm off this week on study leave
