Uh, I know how to say "<insert noun here> of love"...
But I don't know what love is as a verb and not an adjective x.x

The most common way of saying it is "smurf," although since you're a girl, you'd probably say "smurf wa."
EDIT. Nuts. Can't actually print it because it's got some naughty four-letter combinations.

Like Christopher said, 'daisuke' means 'like very much'.
"Holly-san wa minnasan aisumasu" means 'Holly loves everyone.' Therefore, if you wanted to say "I love (name)," I'd guess it would be like:
Watashiwa (name) aisumasu.
