OMG guys! My cat has her foot stuck in one of those really sticky bug trap things! I can't get her leg out! Nobody's home with me! I need help, if I pull at it she might break her foot!!!

And phone your parents. Even if they're busy, I'm sure they'd mind if your cat was in pain.

Along with doing that, I would try to keep the cat calm. We don't want the cat to get hurt trying to free itself.

keeping calm is the most important thing, panic will just make things seem worse. If you can't get ahold of your vet, get ahold of a hardware store or somewhere where they sell the traps and ask them what you can use to safely disolve or losen the glue that is used.

What kind of stucky bug trp is it? If it's like fly paper, you could at least cut the part your cat is stuck on off of the rest of the sticky stuff, allowing your cat to be free but with something stuck to its leg.

And as everyone else said before, contact a vet and/or your parents.

Soak it in water, calm kitty with some treats, isolate the area that's stuck, and even carry kitty to take it anywhere.
