He/she is holding the domain hostage for a large payment that we cannot front. We have contacted the FBI regarding the criminal side of this issue

Since they clearly were able to post a message to tell everyone, can they not get their site back on their own? Or... cancel the domain?

LOL are you trying to say that someone hacking a website is an act of terrorism?? I definatly do not make that connection... and neither did they on their post.
