You ripped me off!!!

Wed Mar 16, 2005 11:22 pm

o.o I was just buying some flavoured water from different places because I usually love it (the 0 calorie kind :P). So I'm drinking this Aquafina Sparkling one... and it tastes nothing like "Berry and other natural flavours". xD Have you ever felt that you had been ripped off?

I know that all "light" fruit juices simply have more water in them. If I want "light" juice, I just buy the non-light kind and add my own water to it...it's a lot cheaper.

I find that most of those drinks don't taste like what they claim to taste like. They put too many chemicals in them and it just tastes like you're drinking some sort of cleaning fluid instead.

Now at our school we sell these "Vitamin Water" drinks for a dollar and fifty cents. Everyone seems to buy them, but to me that's really expensive. And people, it's just flavored water! Plus, it's not even that big. All the other drinks are the same size. O__O
But yeah, I feel ripped off all the time at our school. I think it's just sort of a shool/lunch/food thing we've got going on.

No, I just google'd Smartwater, and that's not what it looks like. Hmm, I don't know what it's called but I heard the 50 Cent supports it. Or maybe that's just a crazy rumor from the deep blue sea of our school.

Aha! Just found a picture of it. It just seems to be called, Vitaminwater. Huh, go figure.

*blinks*
Prismacolor felts have a habbit of ripping me off.
I now test every single one I buy because of how badly i've gotten ripped.
The felts here are 4-6 dollars (if you buy at Michaels 6, if you buy else where... normally 4.50), but they're expensive, good quality felts.
And they've got two felt tips. A thin one, and a thick one. Normally the thick ones are fine, but the thin ones have a nasty habbit of drying out even with the lids on.
It makes life aggrivating, especially since the markers are expensive. And since they're felts, often places won't accept them for returns because it could be the buyers fault.
BAH!

At school we pay $3.00 for stuff like six chicken nuggets (which I suspect are not chicken), a half-liquid Jello cup, and green beans. That's a bit much, don't you think? OO;

Sheesh, that's a lot of money for six chicken nuggets. (And judging by your description of them, not very good nuggets. :P)
I love the school's mozerella sticks that we have every other Friday. But they're $2.50! Plus a drink, which is another dollar. We're up to $3.50. That's four bucks with two quarters back in change. Pah!
And that is the reason why I pack lunch. *stares at boring sandwiches in her brown paper bags*

:P My typos seem to be amusing people lately. Heh, yes he is now THE 50 Cent. I guess to stop people from confusing him with the money amount.

:P My school has mozzarella sticks everyday. They are $2.50, too. :P
