MGM Studios (Disney Studios) is only for people who like watching shows. No rides (except for the Tower of Terror and Roller Coaster [each with huge lines, except the roller coaster which is short if you are not riding with others in your family... although the ride itself is 30 seconds long]).
EPCOT is pretty much only if you like going to visit the different countries and if you like scientific stuff. Hardly any rides in the world showcase, and some of the other rides are slow (although the Mars one feels like a real spaceship).
Animal Kingdom is great. We never fully get a chance to see everything, because there are many shows. One of the shows is Tarzan Rocks. If you do not like seeing middle-age people play guitar to three songs from Tarzan, I wouldn't suggest going. Kali River Rapids is a MUST.

You totally forgot Magic Kingdom. It's the one with the best rides out of all 4. Lots of rides based off Disney movies and then of course the 3 mountains - Space, Thunder, and Splash. Those are the best rides there.
And about Epcot, you forgot about Test Track. That's pretty cool.

I didn't put Magic Kingdom, because that's the default park. o.o Most everyone who visits automatically goes.
