Neither have I. When did you sign up? I signed up two hours ago. It could indicate that it's not an auto-response and someone actually has to send it instead of allowing a computer to do so.

O.o When I signed up for it, I got the e-mail instantly. It might be a temporary glitch. Have you guys checked your junk mail inboxes?
