(yes, I know I spelled that wrong) Simple as the title, are you supersticious? I'm not.
Fri Jun 25, 2004 7:03 pm
Nope..
I was watching Charmed yesterday, and it was an episode about superstitions, and one of them throws salt over her shoulder and I don't get why
The only ones I ever heard of was don't walk under a ladder, break a mirror, and something with a black cat.
And I'v done all of them before

No.

No, I'm not really.... although I don't usually walk under ladders if I think about it, because knowing me, it'd fall on me... lol
I also throw salt over my shoulder... but that's only to see if I can hit anyone, and just blame the superstitions... lol

I'm only superstitious about one or two things. I think it's bad luck to let a kettle boil by itself, you MUST switch it off before it clicks off automatically.
I'm also very superstitious about voting on polls like this, it's bad luck, y'see.

I've done 'em all too.

I have a LOT of bad days, normally starting with how I trip, how I slept, or I make a mess doing something simple

no
I like to jump on cracks.... walking under ladders is just common sense, you don't do it, it's a good way to bonk your head.
and I owned 2 black cats who use to like to run in front of me then attack my feet.

Only very rarely. One example of me being superstitious (probably the only one) is that little voice in my head that keeps saying that the reason I'm depressed is because I opened an umbrella indoors when I was eight. (Which is also when I started being depressed...) But most of me doesn't think the voice is right.

That and someone could drop paint on you as you walk by when going under the ladder(s).
No I am not superstitious.
Interesting enough throwing salt over your shoulder could be considered to be bad luck if you throw the salt pot(containing the salt) over your shoulder with it landing in someelse food and spilling salt all over their meal which in turn makes them angry. Then they do something nasty to you.
That IMO is not a good idea if you're superstitious.

No, minimum is contributing to the topic, even if you post under three words.

I'm not supersticious, I only mention it in a sarcastic way or if I'm just joking and all but never actually beleive in the stuff.

No backseat modders, per-lease!
I'm not supersticious. Although i like to tempt it, by always walking on crack/under ladders etc.
Fri Jun 25, 2004 8:41 pm
I'm not supersticious but sometimes I get paranoid.

Ehh...I was brought up to be supersticious you can't blame me... Though I don't believe in the whole salt, ladder, or cat thing.
