Anything and everything goes in here... within reason.

Tomorrow I've been back at PPT for a month. And I would just like to say
Am I the fastest poster there's ever been on this forum? In a day under a month I've got 812 posts (813 after this) with puts me apparently in the top 100 posters at... *checks* 90...
So... I just thought I'd share this with you...

Are you a spammer? Yup.

It's not hard to get a lot of posts in a short period of time if you role play frequently. *nod*

See Liv *points*
I don't spam
(Ps this isn't spam because I'm proving a point)

Didn't fe get 1000 in a week way back when?
Sun Apr 17, 2005 12:24 pm
I think so, Igg.
Anyway... I've long since stopped looking at people's post counts. It's more about the actual quality of the post, rather than the numbers.

Wow, and I've been a few months and I've got just a wee bit more than you =/
Tis embarassing

1) Who is fe?
2) It is not uncommon to start off very enthusiastic and post a lot (like average 20 - 30 posts a day), but you'll soon cool down after a month or so. Come back after a year and tell us if you still have such a high daily average post count.
3) Alex, I agree. Especially after you have passed the "worrying about post count" phase (normally after you have been around for a long time).

I think she was known as [ faye faye ]. Key word there being think.
And, duh, of course people agree with me. I'm right
All kidding aside, I think most people tend to forget about their post count after a while. I just hit 2400 posts, and didn't even notice I was getting close to it. Personally, I think it's good that PPT Gods, Mafia, and Beyond Godly aren't around anymore.

Fe is a lovely lady who used to be at the old forums but is not here now that I'm aware of (would be great if I was wrong though

). She posted a lot and got a thousand posts within a week of joining. Then she slowed down a bit.
Post count isn't as important as it used to be on the old forums. I think it's nicer that way because there's less aggression and superiority about having more posts than so-and-so.
CD, you shouldn't need to prove that a post is not spam. A non-spam post is proof enough in itself.

See above comment
That covers it

Fe was an old member who got 1000 posts in her first week. She went by [fayefaye] (or something similar) and has been seen occasionally on these forums fairly recently, actually.

But if you leave for a long time then return the enthusiasm will be as new as before, especially when all the people are new and you are trying to set up a fresh identity.
I do remember a user named faye, but she must have been active while I left the forums for a while.
I wonder if there is still the "Part of the Furniture" title.

Well congrats on having so many posts in such a little time
Myself, I don't really have that many. I think I've got about 250 or something.
EDIT: Make that 292
