I'm going to one big weekend tomorrow! my housemates dad got some tickets, so we're going up on the train tomorrow morning. i'm so excited!!!
For those of you that dont know what it is, lookie here. we're going to the saturday as we have an exam on monay, so i'm getting to see

i dont have the ticket yet, my housemate's dad has them up in sunderland. theres a rumour we also have backstage passese, but i have no idea how true that is. i'm soooo excited! i'd like to have been able to go on the sunday tho
theres less bands i dont like on that day, if that makes sence, stupid exams!

Oh wow, sounds like fun. Have a great time! I'm guessing this is just an England thing because I've never heard of "Big Weekend." Well, you get to see the Foo Fighters. ^_^

Yep "One Big Weekend" is a big festival run by a national radio station "Radio One". And I want to go!!

Foo Fighters - some cracking videos and nice videos. But a bit meh. And Dave Grohl has had laryngitis recently so will be croaking stuff out.
Chemical Brothers - It'll be like hearing the same song many times.
Kasabian - No.
Natalie Imbruglia - Pretty, but keep your gob shut.
Athlete - Utterly useless
Rooster - awful awful awful in the Busted school of music. And the lead singer's jaw is terrifying

i like the foo fighters, and athlete and what i've heard of kt tunstall. and theres nothing wrong with rooster or natalie imbruglia. i dont like the chemical brothers tho.
but the tickets were free, and its time off revision!
