What is your most treasured/prized belonging?

Mon May 16, 2005 12:04 pm

Well, I would have to say mine is...

Wait, if someone can guess mine, they get a cookie. :)
But what is your most treasured/prized belonging?

My baby blanket, which was made especially for me long ago when the world was young (late 1984, early 1985). It's gotten so ragged that I don't allow my other family members to touch it for fear they'll accidently rip it in half. But I still sleep with it every night. If I get in bed and realize I don't have it, I don't care how tired I am, I will get up and search for it.

Yours is your PS2, sir_michael.

My most prized possession is probably my dog, Kevin. But I'm getting a ferret soon, which might give him a run for his money.

My Ipod... I can't live without it.

Oh my... since my mom does not exactly count as one of my possessions I have to say that my parrots are my most priced possession right now :P

My two cars, Ace and Aerius.

My sister. If she counts as a posession.
My freedom. Hah!
Oxygen. Yum.
Food. Double yum.

.....

My iBook, duh.

Either my laptop, my favorite teddy (which I've had for years) or my jewellery I was given by my grandparents.

My jazz boots. I've had them since I was 13, they're falling apart yet I still wear them and dance in them constantly. :)

Probably my Tin Penny Whistle. =) I just got it recently (when I was in Sacramento), and I only started learning how to play it yesterday (although I was playing 'Mary had a Little Lamb on it before that, as I had learned that tune on the recorder... =P) because my mom bought me the handbook for it.

So, I'll be awful for a bit, but I'm learning. ;)

Mine is my MD player I won from MTV for getting my song list played on a friday on Access. :D

I'd say Numi, but I don't think she counts as a belonging, exactly.

Hmm. I think it'd be Big Doggy.

Uhm... my laptop is probably more like a drug for me.
The 2 medals I won at the national maths olympics, some of my books and my fave plushies.

I don't like to call pets posessions... no offence or anything, but I don't exactly 'own' my pets. I take care of them, and consider them friends.

So posession wise? Two things. One, is my quilt which my grandmother made for me. It's beautiful... and incredibly close to my heart. And the other is my little yellow elephant windup toy that plays "It's a small world after all". It's the only thing i've ever owned since I was a baby, and it's got my baby bracelet on it (I was only 3 lbs 11 ounces when I was born, so the bracelet didn't fit around me, thusly it was kept on my elephant). Those are my two most precious things, because neither could ever be replaced.

My silver trainers and my jester hat. (Incidentally my hat is better than Phys')
