Meet Irving

Fri Jun 10, 2005 2:47 am

I would like everyone to meet Irving, my baby. My car.

Say Hi to everyone Irving! (oh well, he can't, he's out front of my house, but i'm sure he would if he could.)

After getting a lovely bath at the dealership (for free) and a wonderful cleaning, Irving came home to stay with me. He's a 97 Chev Cavalier, and he's my first car.
I'm very proud of him, and so i'm sharing my wonderful news with everyone!
So! Meet Irving!

And thats Irving!

Umm....
I may live in the land with either the second largest or largest natural oil (accounts vary), but unless you pay for gas, sorry, can't. Oz is a bit too far away right now.

According to everyone who knows me IRL, it's not what i'm supposed to be driving.
According to them, i'm better suited to a very large truck... that can haul things. Frankly, I think it's far more frightening that I get to drive a small vehicle. Imagine all the possibilities...

Cute car. Sadly, I don' t have a picture of Skyler, my Honda. But he's just an old Honda. However, he is functional, extremely economical, and reliable. I love Skyler.

Irving looks fab! :3 I don't know a lot about cars so...:P I can only comment on the nice colour and shininess. It looks really smooth :D

:o When i grow up (lol yes...I'm not allowed to driver here until I'm 18 :P), I'm going to own a nice white car. I love white!

Nice car, Inrun!!!! But, you are right, I do sort of picture you in a truck.

Nice car! It amazes me how people can afford such things though. When I learn to drive I'll end up with a small car about 20 years old.

Yeesh Sandra, that's a damn good car.

Hey, nice car :D. But it's nothing compared to what I (will) have. I (will) own a massive hummer, which will be used to run over lamp posts and defenceless cockroaches. And possibly drop bears.

I'll (probably) fit it so that it runs on nothing but NOS, and that the entire 'car' will be one big NOS tank, letting me reach speeds of over 50000000001 kmph in under twelve point two seconds.

Oh! Almost forgot! It'll feature laser anti-theft features, twelve gauge on board auto-firing, auto-loading shotgun with unlimited rounds (for anti-theft purposes of course). And it will have a variety of on board appliances featuring (but not limited to) television(s), DVD Player(s), VCR, 12 channel surround sound system, Playstation 2, Xbox, Playstation 3, Auto Frying-Frying Pan, Pancake machine, fog maker, computer, voice activated personal directory assistant, subwoofers, Bookshelf, cameras, Sirens and of course, much much more.

Ph34r M3!

0_0 Woah, that got a bit outta hand. What I meant to say was that it's a really nice looking car, and I envy the fact that you can drive whilst I still have to wait another 2 years almost =/

Shouldn't it look more like this?

I took out money from my mutual funds to buy it. The gas here... is only 80-90 cents a litre (I can still remember when 55 was considered high *sigh*). I'm also going to end up with a part time job next year while i'm at school (or should I say if? And if not, full time job), to help pay for the costs of owning it.

Either that. Or i'll sell art, and pray that I can cover costs that way. It only costs around 40 dollars (Canadian of course) to fill up my tank. It costs about 70 to fill up my parents van. So I feel lucky.

I wouldn't paste that liscence plate on my car if I had too. It's SSSOOOO UGLY.

I hate Hummers, they're a bane to society. They waste way too much fuel, they're useless in the city, and they're a complete statement of "look at me and how much money I have". They and other SUVs and Trucks choke the environment way more then little cars. I don't mind if you actually use your vehicle for hauling things, but when you own it because you're in the city and you "look cool" I have issues.

I like to think so!

He's very pretty.

You might want to blur out your license plate number in the last pic, though. There are some creepy people online...
