I prefer mine to be on the crispy side, but not totally 'fall apart when you bit into it' crispy or anything.

I love bacon. It's salty, and I an unfortunate love of salt. >_< It's even worse than my sweet tooth.

Well... I'll eat any bacon prepared in any way, but I prefer it to be Crispy, or at least moreso than chewy. I don't like chewy bacon as much. Bacon's probably my favorite meat (though it's not really it's own meat). That's why I'm going to have a heart attack before I'm 30. Fweeee!
