For wrestling, it was pretty fun and a great experience.
Have you done anything that takes strength and/or stamina lately?
I didn't put this in polls, because it is more discussion

I had marching band practice today. It's not so much a matter of strength, but stamina. You have to be able to resist foul weather too, since it's an almost all-weather type of deal.

Well. I had the stable job... which was strength/endurance based, and then I got fired (jerks.) and then there's the cheese job... but I havn't worked that lately (would have today but i've pulled a muscle in my back and I can't bend enough to get over the vat), and... otherwise all my walking around my school. Up and down the stairs... and whatnot.
Stupid school.
Lethbridge (where I live) is flat. But no, they build hte school on the dang coolies! Bah!

I ran 15 Kilometres today to help train for a marathon. If I finish I'll be one of the youngest people in my city to complete one.

I'm going to go all day tomorrow without music because Romi's mortally wounded. -shiver-
Wait, physically? Um....-doesn't move-

My stomach cramped just reading your post.
Anyway, I tried to convince my sister to hand over the remote. I think I pulled a muscle doing that.

im in a school play that has the chorus freeze in between verses of the opening song when a couple people in the cast talk between these versus.
some of the people dont freeze in very creative poses, so i try to make up for them by making REALLY sweet poses. but they are extremely hard to hold, and i have to do it for about 2 minutes of dialouge for each.
those are my 3 poses.
In one, im just standing in a funny stance talking to another guy.
In another, a guy gets me to shut up JUST in time by shoving a buisness card in my mouth, so i bend backward matrix-style to give a getting-something-shoved-in-my-face look....
And the other one is be freezing, pointing into the audience, but amost springing INTO the audience as I do it.... but stop just in time.
Now THATS A work out.

You know, I remember having joined wrestling in high school just for the conditioning.
I like joining afterschool programs of physical fitness. It's too bad that I had troubles in high school, as I didn't get to join the football team.
Being in Adult School currently, I do most of my exercising in the evening. Sometimes I go to a nearby middle school to run some laps or shoot some hoops.

I had marching practice for almost every day since August 1st. We had a few days of break, but not many. I also loaded the truck every Thursdays when the game started, and that takes some muscle. I'm taking a little break right now but today I get to march with the American flag for the Veterens day thing.

Yeesh. Last couple of weeks I've had about 3 hours a day rehearsal for the school talent show. I'm doing a slide-show scene with some friends, andI have some veeerrrry evil poses. At the 'prom scene' I have to dip all the way back to look at the audience, and hold it for 4 minutes. Icky. Which doesn't sound like a lot, but it hurts! Especially since the person dipping me has virtually no arm strength, so I'm mostly holding myself up.

Woah...
I was out of breath when I walked quarter of a mile...mind you, it was mostly up hill when we first started walking. I was alright walking on a straight level or downhill though. We ended up walking about five miles though and I did it! So I guess that's an achievment.

My dad lives in a 10 story condo building and he lives on the tenth floor and sometimes I walk up and down the stairs instead of taking the elevator ^_^. Good exercise specially cause the stairs are kinda steep.
