I just got stuck with Earthlink as my provider and I saw at the top a link to this article. Maybe I find it funny just because I live about an hour from that location, but I found the phrase: "The driver finally stopped when police threatened to stun him with a Taser." was hilarious. xD

Good old Illinois Police.

XD.

I love this state. We never get any of the super stealthy criminals... mainly just the stupid ones.

Well, at least the police know how to use tasers, since you know, they couldn't have gotten him off a lawnmower moving 5 mph any other way.

I can think of plenty of ways to get someone off a vehicle that's moving at 5mphs.

XD I just find it hilarious that the guy was running from the police on a riding lawn mower.

Ah, he was only going four or five miles per hour so he just got out of the car and jogged along side? Hilarious.

Nuke the site from orbit. It's the only way to be sure.

Always wanted to say that in a semi-relevant manner :P

Apparantly the most dangerous criminals are the stupid ones... because they're unpredictable? Or maybe they are... because there's only soo many things they will do. Hmm.

I'd think the highly intelligent guy who stole a Challenger II Main battle tank, fully equipped would be more dangerous.

But we dont like to speak of him.
