Two Tough Questions

Sat Dec 03, 2005 11:01 pm

I was just sent this from my sister.

TWO TOUGH QUESTIONS

Question 1: A woman is pregnant and already has 8 children, 3 are blind, 2
are deaf, and she has Syphilis. Would you recommend that she have an abortion?

Question 2: It is time to elect a new world leader, and your vote counts.
Here are the facts about the three leading candidates:

Candidate A:
* Associates with crooked politicians
* Consults with astrologists
* Has had two mistresses
* Chain smokes and drinks 8 to 10 martinis a day

Candidate B:
* Was kicked out of office twice
* Sleeps until noon
* Used opium in college
* Drinks a quart of whisky every evening

Candidate C:
* He is a decorated war hero
* He's a vegetarian
* Doesn't smoke
* Drinks an occasional beer
* Hasn't had any extramarital affairs

Which of these candidates would be your choice?

Decide first, no peeking, and then scroll down for the answer.

Candidate A is Franklin D. Roosevelt
Candidate B is Winston Churchill
Candidate C is Adolph Hitler

Oh, by the way, the answer to the abortion question - If you said yes, you
just killed Beethoven.

Pretty interesting isn't it. Makes a person think before judging someone.

Professionals built the Titanic

It really does make you think about the choices you make and the concequences that they can have.

And yes, I know that the information is limited in question 2 but the point is that if you only have limited information you have to think carefully about your choices regarding that matter.

The "Ark" being a mountain, and the Titanic having been involved in a huge conspiracy.
BOGOF offer or summat on that one, certainly no Neo-Nazi lizardmen working with the Illuminati to get the Holy grail from the Knights Templar or anything.

Heck, what do i care about polotics, society doesnt want my opinions anyway.

Kinda old, to me at least. My history "teacher", who doesn't actually teach anyone anything, used it to train us for academic team once..

Just because someone might become a great composer doesnt mean they will be beethoven. Just because someone seemed alright doesnt mean they won't kill all the jews.

Actually, Hitler was a bit... off, his whole career.
Only going after the Jews because they profited so much from the treaty of versaille.
Or such is my opinion.

edit:
Oh. Add; Is responsible for a massive military blunder of world war 1. to winston ¬_¬

All part of the "our place in the sun" gig of WW1.

I think what it means is that Beethoven's mother had syphilis and she had 8 children, 3 of whom were blind and 2 of whom were deaf and she still gave birth to Beethoven.

Some of the debate here is rather inappropiate for this board (which occured when this was last posted.) Locked.
