Program to add seconds to computer clock?

I can't stand a clock without seconds, and without automaticly syncing itself.
Any tips, ideas or programs I could download/purchase?. Thank you!.

I know on Windows..If you double click the time in the corner it shows the seconds.I don't know any programs to show the seconds directly though.. Sorry.

I know if you download Konfabulator it has a widget that's a clock that shows seconds. Other than that, I dunno.
