I know that this thing comes up every once in a while and doesn't last for an incredibly long time, but I'm always curious about what other PPTers see behind their windows. =P

Ah yes, widgets. They're very nice. I don't use Konfabulator myself. Since Google's Desktop Search has a sidebar with widget-like boxes, I use that.

Ooh, you use Windows Media Center. Lucky.

Random question for the people who have shown their desktops so far: What widgets do you use for weather? I've been looking for a good weather widget.

I use the Yahoo! Weather widget that comes with Konfabulator/Y!Widgets. It's pretty spiffy, shows the current temperature, and you can bring up the extended forecast with a click.

BTW Paul, you have way too much stuff there. o_o I just have some common applications and have a folder for the rest.
