Ghosts(number 2)

This topic was quite an active one a few years (I think it was that long) ago, and I wanted to start it up again...
So, anyone here belive in ghosts?
I definately do, when you have had a few experiences its hard to just......put them aside as nothing.
I have seen a girl sitting at the end of my bed crying, and have my window open on its own, also my mum has had quite a few experiences with them.
Also, anyone tried ouija boards?

I've never seen proof of a ghost. I've never been approached by one, pestered by one, or seen any proof of anything supernatural or magical in any way shape or form.
And thusly, no I do not believe in ghosts.
And if you do believe in ghosts, good for you. It's nice that people have different beliefs, and i'll never be anything but supportive of people who do believe in them. But it's simply not in my beliefs.

Hmm, not ghosts... but... something... I dunno
I always think there is something in my Bathroom at night going to come and get me
Of course, it might of just been too many scary movies like CANDYMAN that gave me these fears lol

Officially no, I don't believe in ghosts but unofficially I do believe there is a possibility that ghosts exist. I'd like to be proven wrong about not believing in ghosts and just pretending there are ghosts is fun but it just isn't logical most of the time.

I believe that there could be some sort of spiritual force out there of some sort... but I dont believe in what humans have defined as "ghosts".. there are so many paranormal possibilites out there that i dont necessarily believe that there is enough proof that there are a specific kind, which humans have claimed to be human like transparent figues who glide around with the wind and can haunt you after their death.... its too specific. But theres something out there, I know that much.

I get that feeling as well! I will get to scared to in the bathroom sometimes and get my younger sister to go in there first! lol
I didn't used to belive in ghosts, but my friends have also had similar experiences...
I think its the same as with aliens, you can't find any proof that they exist, but you know that something is out there.

I don't even know what to say to that! lol. I read about shades in a book somewhere......called something like Eragon. A very good read, can't wait to get the second book!

Shades and shadows - bad spirits.
Daemons: Dont even know where to start... The physical manifestion of thoughts actions and ideals.
Bad ones.
Such a profound feeling of... Wrongness when I'm in their pressence.
Been the cause of alot of sleepless nights of late.

My great-grandmother claimed that wherever she went ghosts followed her and lit everything on fire. Strangely enough, every place she's ever been to in India has always had some big burning in the area shortly after her arrival. Creepy.
When she died a few years ago she said that she suspected the ghosts might try to burn the hospital. A few days afer she died there was a reported incident of a small fire in the kitchen, so, there you go. Stalked by pyromaniac spirits all her life.

yes.. somewhat.. but i believe more in spirits then ghosts. and yes there is a difference.. Spirits can take forms of other objects (such as a can or soemthing) and ghosts cant...

I believe in ghosts, I saw my grandfather by my bed once. I didn't know him until my mum showed me a picture of him years later on.
Definately believe in the 'somethings', I can feel something in our hallway, on the corner of the street and sometimes at random, but I never tried the ouija board or anything like that to contact, that's just a plain stupid idea according to me.
Apart from the fact that I once released a being from the watchtowers once (teaching a neofyte how to draw a circle, but it got messy with the banning), I've never had any manifestations, but it sure does scare the hell out of you when the tv starts snowing when it's turned off, you see a shadow and the book flips pages without reason.
And I still have a profound fright of the toilet :S A gremlins trauma... I always thought a gremlin would come out and eat me, and I still run like hell when I flush the toilet at night. Yes. 20 years old, I know

Weird things have been happening to my Grandpa since he was a child and have carried over into every house he has ever lived in.
When he was a kid he saw a woman without a head in his room.
One time he was driving his car and suddenly everything got dark, the radio came on but wouldn't shut off, he couldn't turn the steering wheel but the car stayed on the road. After a short period of time the clouds cleared (or whatever) making it light again and then everything went back to normal.
He lost a tool once while building something and couldn't find it until a few years later when it fell from out of nowhere and there wasn't anybody around.
Two of my mom's brothers were killed by drunk drivers on two separate occasions no more than two weeks apart and while that's not technically paranormal, a picture of the two together started to glow one time when my parents were sleeping over by my grandparent's house. They both were awake and both of them saw it.
One time water was dripping from a doorway, but the floor wasn't wet.
These are only a few examples of what has happened. I could go on, but I won’t.
So do I believe in ghosts? I guess it depends on how you define the word. I don't believe ghosts are the souls of those long dead, but I believe they're real.
