Yesterday, all my troubles seemed so far away...

Wow. Yesterday was the best day of my entire life <3 ! I went to Six Flags: Great America. I had been there before, but this was the first time in many years. I went with a friend named Alisia. She pushed me to actually go on the rollercoasters. I had never really been on one before, so I didn't want to, but I did anyway, just so she wouldn't hound me. She kept tellling me, "Stop acting like a girl!" I found out that I have no nausea threshold! I went on all of the scariest rides, among them being Dejavu, American Eagle, Superman: Ultimate Flght, Batman, Demon, Iron Wing, V2(v squared), and some other rides that were not rollercoasters. It was amazing. When I was there, I forgot about all of my problems, all of my troubles, all of my shortgivings, everything. It was a feeling that I have never had before. It was the best day of my life. I will remember it forever. I also have a picutre of us on Superman, which I will post as soon as I can get it copied. I look rad. 8)

Yeah, once you get on a ride and realize that it's not going to make you sick, you enjoy them a LOT more.

I took a trip south (to the Six Flags in St. Louis) last Tuesday and I took some rides that I thought I'd never take (The Boss, for example, though I wouldn't recommend it. It has to many issues involving jerking and rattling, which strain the neck and cause headaches. It would have been amazing, otherwise). I never got to ride the Superman, though, because I wasn't willing to stand in such a huge line in that heat. x_x

I ate one of those turkey legs they sell (huge things) and right after that I rode the Excalibur (a very quickly spinning ride) and every was surprised I didn't get sick. x) No one would ride with me, though, so it wasn't as much fun.

Oh, yeah.. I forgot to mention that we got to skip the ENTIRE Superman line. Our wait was close to five minutes. :P The way we did that was that we got stuck on one of the coasters (I think it was Iron Wing). They shut the ride down while we were at the top of the spiral (You know, right at the beginning?). We had to sit there for fifteen minutes, and then three of the workers came up and had to actually physically push the ride to get it going again. After the ride was over, they gave us passes that let us skip the Flash Pass line. It was sweet.
