Anything and everything goes in here... within reason.

People like to experiment, and that's ok.
But what is the worst thing that you have made and eaten, or drunk? For me it would have to be the time I somehow ended up with a coffee with lime liquor in it. Considering that I like neither of them, it was quite frankly one of the worst tastes ever.

Well, I didn't really mix them together, but Sunny D after brushing my teeth. Blergh.
I don't think I've mixed anything weird together and eaten it, at least not on purpose.
Although there was that one time I accidentally poured some cherry Kool-Aid in a glass of sprite. It was kinda disgusting.

Milk and water.

I would have to say a salmon, soy sauce, mushroom, carrot, and leek thing with plum sauce I made for dinner once. Yes, i ate as much of it as I could. No, it didn't taste good. The only good that came from it was that I didn't spew.

Me and my friends once made a mix with various sodas, sugar, water and goodness knows what else. Then we argued over who should try it. I ended up drinking haf a glass of it

it was quite gross.
Oooh, and my brother poured vinegar into his soup. He just wanted to put some oil, but he got the wrong bottle by mistake. I'll have to ask him what it was like

I tried making/inventing "porridge slice" the other day
I noticed that cold porridge is actually kinda yummy, and wondered why there wasn't a dessert like that ... and thought maybe I could try making a slice out of it, similar to caramel slice, but with porridge in the middle instead!
It was all going okay (I'd made a nice biscuit base, put the porridge on top, cooled it, and put melted chocolate on top) until I put it into the fridge ... and then the porridge started to cool even more and everything started going watery
I was even brave enough to drain the water out and try some... but yeah, it wasn't so good!

Sandwich Milkshake.
Milk + Jam Sandwich + Blender = Not a pleasant meal.

When I worked at McDonald's, my friend and I once mixed all the sodas, some ice cream, sweet and sour and barbeque sauce, some salt, pepper, and whatever else was on hand. We actually got one of the guys to drink it for a cigarette. That's the weirdest thing I've ever seen anybody have.

Well, we didn't eat it, but once when I was in elementary school my friend and I went around her house putting a bunch of random stuff in a pot(shampoo, cough drops, various drinks, other medicine, etc.) and then put in on the stove. Course, it boiled over and we had to clean the stove afterwards.
As for concoctions that I've eaten- well, my mom's gotten these rice noodle soup things a couple times, the kind where you put the noodles and the spice packet and some water in a bowl and microwave it, and they're really good. So I've tried to make something like that without the actual packet- twice. Didn't turn out all that great either time. Although the second time it was at least edible.

I think it's a tossup between Pixie Stix in milk, or mixing peanut butter, raspberry jam, and Grape Nuts in a bowl. Yeah, I wouldn't really recommend either of those... *shudders*

Why do people at burger king always mix together the self serve soft drinks? Each in its own individual right is rather horrible...

lemon juice mixed with milk. and it didn't even make me vomit, which would've have been the desired effect.

The milk has to be warm, then it works

One time we made a drink with maple syrup, water, and coke. it was surprisingly good. then there was the very odd tasting combination of margarita and some korean Sprite drink.
there were also the things that i didn't drink. like the mix is ketchup, BBQ sauce, and hot sauce, which was spilled all over 2 people's pants by accident.

and also the Chicken cocktail made from most of the food items available at a banquet

I always make killers/suicides (that's what they're called).
As for disgusting stuff, I would put this thing my dad makes right at the top. He takes fried balogna, sliced American cheese, fried eggs, and maple syrup on toasted english muffins.
