Favorite/Least Favorite Exercise?

I have to exercise and I'm trying to psyche myself up to do it. ;) lol It's not that I mind the exercise after I'm done, but I don't like it before I do it and keep putting it off. I thought I'd post a poll about it and see what everyone else thinks. :)

My favorite exercise is situps. I lurve them! I could do them all day. :) I like to do all different kinds of situps.

My least favorite exercises are lunges and squats. I don't like either. I'm not crazy about pushups, but they are better than the former. :) I also don't like to jog. I run or walk, but not jog.

Well...I've got a least favourite. Burpies, heh. If you don't know what they are, one burpie is basically a pushup then jumping up then back to the pushups.

Yoga is a definite favorite -- it's relaxing and it's certainly a workout without putting any major stress on your body.

My least favorite would be situps, but that's probably because I have an umbilical hernia...

I'm not one for exercising. I don't mind jumping jacks or walking/slow jogging.
I had situps, lunges, sprints, etc. >.< Just thinking about it makes me sore. Blech!

Dance Dance Revolution is my favourite exercise. xD
Seriously though, it's fun and exercise, the perfect combination. :)

I have started exercising too. My favorite is riding our bike downstairs (kind that doesnt move) but it hurts my butt. The whole reason I like it is cause I can sit and somewhat relax,but my butt hurting while I do it kind of gets rid of the purpose. I wish I could learn how to ride a real bike.

I like to walk, swim, dance. That's it. Luckily I have a pool, and I live near a park that's nice to walk to and through. As far is dancing is concerned, sometimes when I'm listening to music, I just get up and dance around my room... it's a bit scary. I want to get a PS2 so I can DDR in privacy.

I do push ups and situps every day (though I hate doing them), and I absolutely hate cross country running.

I love swimming, too bad there isn't a swimming pool nearby :( My least favourite would have to be push-ups, something about having to do 100 of them in the past is why. Sit-ups I don't mind...

I like to walk, i got a ps2 so i sometimes DDR and i hate cross country running.

You can't ride a bike? How old are you?
My aunt didn't learn how to ride a bike until she was about 18. {I taught her when I was about 6 or so.}

My favorite may be jumping rope...
and Even though I don't go swimming anymore, I think that would be the most fun.

My least favorite would be push-ups... I can hardly do one...

Hula-Hoop! Especially the large heavy ones :D the lighter ones are hard to turn. And Dance! I love dancing! Although I'm really crap at it. :D:D my fav one has to be DDR, but I don't have the dance mat.

My favorite exercise? None.

My least favorite excercise? Chin ups. I HATE the wretched things. I've never been able to get my chin over the stupid bar.

I like jogging, walking, running, and those step exercises you sometimes do in aerobics. I don't like push-ups, sit-ups, and I absolutely loathe chin-ups.
