Goodbye

Mon Jul 19, 2004 3:04 am

so lets see i quit ppt till the real forums came back and they never did and will... i come to cheak up and i wouldnt be able to go in the beyond godly board for another 2-3 years (time it took me to become a bg)

Wow im not doing that again i will not spend another 2 years of my like to get 4k posts...What kept me coming to ppt was the people in the godly and beyond godly board. We had all become really good friends. I guess i lost it all. We stayed friends through that board. Guess ive lost so much. I dont think ill be staying at ppt i dont want to waste my life posting just to get into a special board where i can post and have fun with my friends. they probably wont make it there in a long time either. Ive had a blast with you guys at ppt but i guess that i just cant do it anymore.

I hope you guys all have a blast before the forums turned bad...i sure did. Bye guys ill always remember you.

This will probably get deleted but i just want at least a few of my friends on ppt to see this

I don't see why this should be deleted.

Anyway, see you around! Maybe someday you'll come back... nearly everyone does. :)

These ARE the real forums, Benladesh! Please, please don't leave just for a post count! You're a great friend!

Mon Jul 19, 2004 3:30 am

You're leaving because you can't access a board that doesn't exist anymore? Pointless reason to leave. Besides, the people here will still be your friends, even if you aren't part of a group that depends on something like a post count.

Anyways, a tout a l'heure! ;)

alot of myclose friends left ppt. i dont reconize anyone anymore. Its not because of the postcound its because of what we did in the group. We even had a spam board made for us (posts didnt count) where we could do what we wanted...its just not the same anymore :(

Well, personally I don't agree with the idea of leaving just because you lost your post count. But it's your decision, so have fun in whatever you do to fill the time.

Mon Jul 19, 2004 4:05 am

He isnt leaving because of post count, guys. Hes leaving because he lost his friends.

Anyway,Ben(Can I call you that?),if you stick around you'll find you're old friends again. I am sure the (Beyond) Godly board(s) will come back..

Mon Jul 19, 2004 4:11 am

You lost your friends simply because a board is no longer available? Nonsense. Your friends are still here and you can still talk to them just as easily as you could before. No one is in any of those groups right now, yet, we are all still here. What's wrong with posting in the boards that are available to us? Majority of the old members came back.

Mon Jul 19, 2004 4:42 am

Hmm, I haven't noticed anyone from the BG board that has left Benladesh.

Mon Jul 19, 2004 10:34 am

I wouldnt dream of deleting this. It speaks for itself so much better than I ever could about it.

We'll be here when you get over it.

Mon Jul 19, 2004 10:53 am

Post counts are just numbers. The contents of the posts are more important.

Sorry that you feel like that, but I personally don't see the problem. You can still speak to your friends, you just won't have the usergroup.

Mon Jul 19, 2004 10:59 am

I'm sorry you're leaving benladesh. I never got a chance to get to know you, but you seem like a good guy. You could try getting your old friends together in your own forum seperate from PPT. But yeah I hope whatever you do in life brings you happyness.

No, they didn't. About a tenth of the old members here are back. *Realizes she's not helping*

Anyway, I think it's pointless to leave just because you lost a nice place to spam. It's not like you're the only one who has to go without and. AND you lived without it for the 2-3 years it took you to get enough posts. But if you're really going to leave, bye then.

I think robot means the majority of the old active members. That is, the members that have 100+ post counts or something.

I remember you, Ben, and I wish you wouldn't go. I know that a lot of the old members aren't here now, like Tasha and Sunnie and Amber, but I think they'll come back in time. I kind of miss the Godly board myself, because it was so much fun to go in and just be able to bounce around and do whatever we wanted to in there. But that doesn't mean all of the fun is gone forever. Maybe one day those boards will back.

I wish you would stay. If the things you used to love come back one day and you're not here, then you'll regret leaving. But if you do decide to leave, then you'll be missed.
