I'm v excited!!

YAY. I was thinking it would be on 7/7/07 but well..the 21...that is like three more sevens, so I guess that is even better. Well Voldemort would probably think so.

And it falls on a Saturday, which is a good day for everyone to get the book on.

Oh and probably for the entire month of June I am going to not watch TV or get online because I just know someone is going to get their hands on a copy and leak the information out. If anyone even says the word Harry Potter I am going to be like "lalalala I can't hear you." with my fingers in my ears.

Ooh, finally! I kinda wish it was being released in the first half of June so I could go to a release party when I'm in NYC, but meh.

I can't wait.

i know what you mean about not wanting to know what happened. i got half blood prince at midnight, went home, read the first chapter, went to bed, then didnt go on the internet, turn on the telly or radio until i'd finished it - because some idiot on the radio when order of the phoenix was released decided to say what happened in the book a couple of days after it was released, ruining that part for me as i hadnt read it :(

My HBP was ruined when someone put 'SNAPE KILLS DUMBLEDORE' in thier MSN name. I was furious!!!! So needless to say, I am disconnecting myself from the world that day. And I love how 7+7+7=21.

I don't know if they'll do it again, but I believe it was the 4th or 5th book that they had like on LOCK, no one could get to the book, no one had read the book, copies were stored in some massive high security vault type thing. I don't think the book has ever been leaked, but JK herself has let out little snippets, but of course she would never ruin the book for her readers.

I had guessed before hand that Dumbledore would die (thusly leaving Harry to have to deal with everything on his own in the last book). So honestly it didn't bother me (which was weird, book 5 was far more traumatic for me).

I am excited for this book though. Lots to do before then though. So yeah.

An ex-friend of mine did that HERE. He read the ending, then promptly started spamming the forum with topics with that uber-spoilery title. He was quickly banned. :)

Because of stuff like that, I'm glad that when HBP was released, I was stuck in the middle of nowhere at camp for two weeks- I was supposed to get my copy of the book the day it was released, through the mail from Amazon.com, but nooo, it wasn't sent for like a week, and I had to go and buy another copy of the book when we went to downtown Victoria, BC (in Canada) for a trip the next day. Massive suckage. And on top of that, I thought it was the worst HP book by far. No, needless to say, that book release was NOT the greatest ever for me. No spoilers, but late book and having to spend more money to read it. :/

That sucks. I don't get why people do such things, it's like I don't tell you the results to a game you TiVo'ed or whatever, right? It's just insane. XD

Yea, HBP wasn't as good as the others, I think we made it seemed better than what it actually was, high expectations. I hope that doesn't happen with DH, especially it being that LAST one and all.

If yu want more info about the DH,go to mugglenet.com.Oh and by the way,HBP is my second favourite book and I think it will be very big in teh plot.

Uh.

...well, yeah. I think it would make sense if the next book in a series actually took part of its plot from the previous book. Instead of, y'know, having absolutely nothing to do with it.

Nah, Harry's going to wake up and have forgotten everything that had ever happened since Philosopher's Stone, and consequentially, nothing in the 6 books between PS and DH will have anything to do with the plot of the last book. :)

and for all of you who are extraordinarily gullible... I'm joking. Duh.

Seven is (Said to be) A highly magical number, and has all sorts of hoojoo connected to it.
Incidently, it is also the number associated with death.
