Need Help with a Name!

Mon Feb 12, 2007 8:54 pm

Me and my friend are starting out a computer club where you don't learn what they teach in our school, where it's all learning Excel and other stuff year after year. We're teaching Fireworks and Flash and other fun stuff.

Can I have some recommendations for names for it? My name is Peaker and her's Michelle, so if you want they can be included.

Also, if you have an idea of what we should teach, tell me!

Cheers.

Optimus Prime!

Perhaps not. :(
Although lots of things about the Matrix, and the allspark and whatnot come to mind, which ofcourse can have actual connotations to comfuters.

Maybe you can come up with an acronym based around some computer-related joke or term. I was in a book club in high school that was called SPINE--Students Picking Interesting Novels Everyday. Something like that would be cool. Unfortunately, I know nothing about computers, so I can't suggest anything, but I hope you get the idea.

Thanks guys. We haven't decided yet but I suggested, from the acronym idea, to search for internet acronyms.

I found, GOWI, or Get on With It, which I thought would be brilliant.
