We had school off today due to a huge snowstorm.
Here's a picture I took about an hour ago, and it's still coming down hard. This makes me very very very happy, since I love snow, and getting the day off school is awesome too.
So, who else has been hit by the storm?

we were supposed to have a HUUGE snowstorm, well that's what the news said.. actually, it's pretty normal snow around here, maybe like... 30 cm of snow..? lol
But.. a little east of here, it's been huge.. There was like 11-12 feet of snow that fell.. they've had pictures of a few houses.. and you know.. the people inside couldnt see through the windows... ><
Hahaha. Poor them.

There was a chance for a few snow flurries down here in Dallas, but I haven't seen anything all day. It's just been really cold and windy.

I wish it was like Valentine's Day 3 years ago, when we got a lot of snow (I was in Austin at the time, which was further south, but we still got a nice blanket of snow). They showed pictures on the news from 3 years ago, and 6+ inches must've fallen.
On another note, last night the fire alarms decided to malfunction when it was 15 degrees Fahrenheit outside. -_-

This is my second day off from school. It was sorta cool. All yesterday it snowed, and then it rained, and that froze instantly on top of the snow...I went iceskating on my driveway, sort of, in my sneakers. (It was more just me sliding all over the place and then falling into the piles of snow at the edge of my driveway.)

There is more than that much snow here, and we go to school every day.

We have about 2-3 feet here and its still coming. I had a snow day today too. (Hooray!

) I don't ever remember seeing so much here in such a small amount of time though. I really like it when it snows, I just wish I was able to drive safely away from my house. ^^;

We have a least a foot of snow here. It could be more though as I'm terrible at estimating depth. All schools around here were closed today, so I didn't have to go to work, and school is delayed for 2 hours tomorrow morning already. I hate snow though...I wish we could get the snow day without the snow.

My dad's car got stuck. We tried to push/dig it out, but that kinda didn't work. So it's still there
pic and

Some more pictures, of the front. Kind of bad, but you get the idea. (the snow isn't really quite that deep, it's because we've been shoveling and the piles have built up. but still)
I don't know yet if my school will be delayed or closed tomorrow, but I think there's probably a good chance.

Aww man, I'm so jealous! We had snow here too but it still wasn't anywhere as deep as that! Nothing THAT exciting happens in England, see. *pouts*

My university actually canceled class today. Sadly, we have class tomorrow - not that that actually affects me since I don't have class on Tuesdays and Thursdays, but it does mean I have to show up to lab.

At first I forgot that you meant Celsius and not Fahrenheit. I was thinking "How is that the opposite of snow storms?!"
Anyways, I want that weather.

I miss nice and warm 80 degree weather.
