So on June 2nd, for my Sweet 16, My mother, I, three of my friends, and my Godmother are going to a Spa for a Spa Day.
Now I need to make the invitations, but I'm having trouble deciding what to do for them. I want them to be more creative than a piece of paper with information on it.
- The Supplies I Have -
Pastel Cardstock
Neon Cardstock
Glitter Glue (Red, Silver, Gold, Green, and Blue)
Coloured Pencils
Markers
Crayons
Stickers relating to hair, makeup, etc.
Ideas?

Well it sounds like you have heaps of wonderful supplies to make exciting invitations, so I think its up to you to go crazy with scissors and glue and cut your cardstock into interesting shapes. Even simple paper can be turned into something exciting, stars, hearts, swirls, use any sort of irregular shape.
An interesting thing to do would be to cut say, a swirl using your neon cardstock, then make a small swirl out of the pastel cardstock that would fit inside the neon one, but leave a nice border around the outside. Then use your writing implements to put in the information around the swirl (so make it big enough to fit all the info in) and then on the opposite side you can have fun with glitter glue for their names, and spam with stickers and such.
But thats just one idea, I think its really up to your taste, but if it was me I'd just go a bit crazy with cutting (neon for borders/decorative cause I imagine its harder to see writing on) and using contrasting colours (i.e. yellow and purple, orange and blue, red and green) to make them really crazy and eye catching, or using complementary colours (like red and orange, pink and purple, etc) if you want it a bit more subdued but still snazzy. Glitter glue can make awesome larger writing when you have less of it, and can make nice shapes too. (e.g. the peoples' names, or 'you're invited' or pretty little stars and swirls and things) And you have a nice variety of writing implements to continue with your colour scheme (e.g. if your neon border was blue, then your pastel interior was orange, then you could use blue pencil/marker/crayon for the writing. Or if your neon border was purple, then your pastel was pink, then you could use purple pencil/marker/crayon.) And stickers and just fun for placing around.
So yeah, I'm sure you'll have muchly fun (and don't forget to show us pics of the finished product!)

1: Whats a sweet sixteen...
2: take card, take glitter, go nuts.
Who doesn't love crazy glitter card?
Assuming you glue it down, I still have bits of glitter from
That Christmas card.

Create like a rainbow effect, but with different materials, for instance:
Red paper
Orange crayon
Yellow marker
Green glitter
etc.
Oh, and don't put red lettering on green backgrounds.
