The ants in your kitchen don't count
I myself am hugely fond of both wild and domestic animals, and I don't think I've ever "not wanted" a pet. I've had a cat and several guinea pigs in the past, but currently I sadly can't have any pets due to the rules of my apartment building. So I'm desperately waiting for my life to get in such a state that I can get a dog and/or some other pet.
How 'bout you?

I have a puppy...that sleeps all day, breathing in and out and snoring...but is battery-operated. It was a joke gift from my dad.
You'll never believe how many people have thought it was real until they picked it up...
But yeah...Nope. No pets. I'm allergic to cats or I might have one.

My lovely puppy (who has her own folder in my photobucket account XD):
(Okay, she's about 2.5 years old, so not really a puppy...)

I would love to get a cat, if not a large dog, but I think I'm allergic to cat dander, and where I live doesn't allow any big dogs. But, I am taking care of my friend's Yorkie while she's away, like I do every hols, so I guess I have a temporary pet!

I love my cats.

I currently don't have any pets. My parents have a cat who has been in our family for 12 years now. Sadly, I don't live with my parents, so the kitty technically isn't mine. My boyfriend and I would love to have some cats, but between allergies and money, we can't have any yet.

I also have a kitty at my dad's, but I don't have any pictures of her. And she's on the other side of the Atlantic. And I've not seen her since last summer. But still, she's my baby and I miss her.

One fat, cross eyed, rather smelly cat called Pebbles. She's getting old now.
