I got a problem with my hair. Every time I wake up, it always sticks up like a hedgehog. It takes me about 10 minutes to sort it out and I am sick and tired of it. Do you know any methods that can prevent my hair from sticking up? Thanks!

Shave it off.
Well it would work.
Ummm, best guess would be to either cut it shorter (My hair is down past my shoulders, and naturally curly, so you can imagine how I look in the mornings) or possibly one of those bizarre shower cap things?

Yeah, I have hair that reaches to my eyes but I am too lazy/ can't be bothered to get it cut.

*gives chill pill* Calm down. I'm sure he was joking.
Um. Isn't hair
always messy/spiky/frizzy after sleeping?
I dunno.

QFE. And make sure your hair's completely dry when you fall asleep.
My sister bought some smoothing hairspray from Biolage once that worked wonders--a few spritzes meant that when I brushed it down, my hair didn't spring back into whatever insane shape it had chosen that morning. It was pretty expensive though; maybe look for sprays and whatnot in the mid-level price range that promise to make hair more manageable, control frizz, or smoothe the hair. Don't go for the cheap stuff though(most cheap styling stuff just makes the hair feel sticky).

Shower. Dry hair. Comb.
Use a hair dryer for efficiency.

Alternatively you could grow it loner and keep it down under its own weight.
This worked for me: Shower, dry it but not completely, comb your hair back, wear a beanie to bed. I had slicked back dracula hair whenever I wanted it.

back when my hair was shorter it would be a mess in the AM. I just turned on the bathroom sink and stuck my head under it. Its the quick way to wet down hair. you dont have to change or anything. plus wet hair = you can style it as you like.

I should post an update of what my hair is like now but people could probably mistake me as Griffin from Jumper

thank you ducky!
*huggles*
I dont think I'll ever shave it again, just maybe get it cut short every once in a while. That is unless someone like Christian Bale or Jamie Bell asked me shave it off again.
