Someone robbed a bank in my town!!!!!!

My city has like 4000 people and we always complain about how nothing interesting ever happens but when something does happen the whole town knows in like 20 minutes. But something happened today and I wasn't even around.
2 state cops went up and down my road at like 3 in the afternoon. Then me and my mom went to the credit union and we saw a cop at the bank across the street. I knew something was up. So then I went to another city near here so I could see a movie. When we got back I found out a bank was robbed. And so the stupid bank robber decides to stop for dinner at burger king so he could blend in like a normal person. My friends little brother talked to the robber and he didn't even know it. He was at BK and the robber was in front of him and he was like " How ya doin." That is so creepy. It may not be to some people but stuff like this just does not happen here.

Well, if people saw the robber and they knew it that means the guy's going to be/has been caught. Which is good.
Yeah, that would be an interesting thing to have happen, though I'd be sure the house is locked up and such to keep my stuff safe. I also happen to live in a boring area, but it's safe and there are many friendly people here, which makes up for it.

Wow, that really is creepy that he hung around regular people like nothing was out of the ordinary. Like Discordant said, he was probably already caught if people saw him having a meal at Burger King.
Stuff like this happens in Cincinnati all the time. Crime shot up drastically after 2001, but most of it's downtown, not in the suburbs, where I live.
If you feel a little unsafe, you could talk to someone about it. And of course, remember to keep doors/windows locked at night.

Wow! It sounds kinda creepy to have talked to the Bank robber, it makes you think aobut who every person you seen on the street really is. or if anythings gonna happen to them.
Hopefully he'll get caught, as you said its only 4000 people.

I totaly know what you're talking about, I live in a little town to.
Like last fall, just after school started, actually it was the fall before the last one cause I was in grade 10 then. Anyways, there was a train accident and a woman died, but it happened right in the middle of town and our town is small and the train was right through the middle of it for nearly 5 hours, and you had to drive for a half an hour to get from one side of town to the other which usualy takes like 5 minutes. And so it was all people talked about for like EVER.
And then this spring, this guy was drunk or something, I dont really know the whole story so I may have some part wrong. But he was like stabbing his wife and he wouldnt stop so the cops had to shoot him. Needless to say he died. It happened during the night at like 1am, and the next morning the whole school new before the 1st bell even went.
We've never had a bank robber though, but if someone timed it right they would probably have no problem pulling it off. Trains go through approx. every 7 minutes or something, or thats what it averages out to, and the police station is on the opposite side of the tracks from the bank, and trains are always massively long.

Whoa, thats freaky. That would be scary knowing you talked to a dangerous guy.
I live in the worst place for crime in NZ (South Auckland) A few years ago there were these kids that ordered a pizza and murdered the delivery man. That happened close to my dads house.
Just this year, a 5 year old got hit by a train because he didn't see it as another was going the other way. Then a week later a woman was hit at the same track. That was close to my mums house, and I saw all the ambulances and police while I was in the school bus.

The cops are always busy here. I've seen to murder victims on my way to school. (I didn't actually seem them get murdered) And every week there is something at our school that involves the cops. Other then that, on my way home from school I've stumbled upon several shootings. Not fun. But I didn't get hurt.

You know when you look back at it, it would be pretty funny you talked a bank robber and you didn't know he was the bank robber. "How ya doin'" Dude, it might be just me, but I think it's funny. Imagine a serial murderer just went, "Yo." to you. (yea I'm weird

That's horrible! But good that people saw that guy... He'll be caught. We dont have that many crimes in our city... Not much, but it does happen. Okay, nowadays, there's been a LOT of bad happenings.
My uncle got attacked by a gang of robbers. He fought against them, and the gang ran away and shouted that my uncle was a maniac. I think they're maniacs, attacking my uncle...
And then, was it some months ago... A taxi driver went mad, he lived pretty near to us. Well, pretty near. I dont remember what that guy did, but I think he was threatening people. I think he had a gun too... Did he kill himself? Erm... Not a very nice memory for our city. I just tried to forget that, and I think I pretty much have...
Then, a house burned. A person inside died... Ugh. I think the police is still investigating it, if it was a accident or if it was done on purpose.
And a lot of other bad things, too. I'm scared of this city... I need to move. Well, seven or nine years and I'm outta here... I'll move to Helsinki, I think. Even that they have crimes done there too...

Nah, I think he hit one of them in the face. And I think that the guy was bleeding from his face after that...
He's a pretty short guy. So...
