Bath or shower?

Okay, yeah, it's not very original and has probably been done time and time again, but never mind. 0:)

So are you a lover of soaking in your own filth, or would you rather have a shower? ^_^

Personally, I prefer a shower.

Shower, sitting in dirty water isnt very good.

Shower and you use a lot less water than when you have a bath besides it quicker as well.

Shower - more hygienic and doesn't waste as much water as a bath does.

Depends, if you're like me, it doesn't matter, I just stand in the shower wasting water thinking about stuff letting it pour over me..

Same here. :D

I prefer showers, but if I have a book to read I may take a bath..

Shower, mostly for the same reasons as everyone else. I have my shower in the morning and it would take way too much time to have a bath. I'm late enough as it is without extra delays.

Ditto.

I like showers, but only if there's good water pressure. Otherwise I don't feel like the shampoo is getting rinsed from my hair, which is a yukkie feeling. (In the bath, I drain half the water and rinse my hair under the tap. Cold, yes. But also effective.) I like baths if I feel icky and need to relax. I half drain the water several times, though. I like to keep it running for ages....something about it being still I don't like. =P

Shower. I usually sleep later than I mean to, and it's much quicker. Gives me time to get my clothes pressed and tie this freaking necktie that I've been wearing every day for the last two years.

Although I will admit I was tempted to say "neither," just to get a reaction ;)

I don't really have one of those shower thingies that are held up on the wall, so I have to hold the thing.... As a result, I tend to sit.
But hey, it's still a shower, although I do like baths more.

You never know, shapu, you might just walk through a weak microwave field to clean then all-over body deodarant :P

Both. I just love soaking. I usually have bubble baths too. Plus it's much much easier for me to shave my legs when I'm sitting. So I soak a while, and shave my legs, and then I drain the water and then shower. I always do that unless I'm in a hurry, in which case, I just shower.

but I'll have a bath sometimes, if I have time

True, but you do agree that it is easier to not use as much water when taking a shower as you would if you'd take a bath, considering that with a little self-dicipline you don't stand in the shower too long but in the bath you are still "forced" to fill up the bathtub (no fun to sit in a small puddle now is it? :P)... right? :D

I'm just waiting for someone to say neither. :P
