I rarely have the stuff at home, it's been years, maybe I'll buy some, that stuff's pretty good. I like getting the dipped cones at Dairy Queen which is the same thing.

It's this liquid chocolate stuff (well, there's other flavours too, like butterscotch) and when you put it over ice cream, it get cold and hardens. It's basically the same stuff used on these ice cream lollies that are vanilla ice cream wrapped in a chocolate shell.
