I am very sick to the point where it hurts to move. Even my fingers kind of hurt. Today and tomorrow I am taking exams in school, and if I don't show up, I fail them and fail the class automatically. Also, next week, I have F-CAT, which is Florida's standard testing which I have to do to graduate. x_x And I'm scared because I got this from my mom and when she had it she was sick for 15 days.

Isn't it possible to skip the exam with an MC and take it at a later date?

Not here. I have perfect grades in all my classes, but I can't retake the exams. Stupid school. :(

I know some schools are very strict on missing classes, but failing a class because you are really ill, that just seems a bit harsh.
Can't you let your mom write a note, explaining you're ill and really can't go? If it is really nescesary, let a doctor take a look at you and write a note for you.
There has to be a possibility... I mean, what if you have an accident and end up in the hospital. They can't let you fail, just because you don't show up in that case, can they?
Even if your school is very strict, they must have some backup plan for these cases...

Practising sig/av making skills...so no sig yet

I took my first two exams. I think I messed up a lot in Algebra because I felt sick. Then I took Spanish, which was only an hour long or so because I already speak it, and I asked the teacher if I could go next door to my mom (she teaches there) and she called my sister and she picked me up. :) Made it through day 1. -_-

Had I spotted this Board before you actually went to take the exams (I don't know if its a bit to late now), I would have told you to do straight to the doctor to get a Medical Certificate and then go and talk to your teachers or whoever might be in charge of the exams and tell them that although you're willing to sit the exams, you're sick (Medical Certificate!) and would it be possible to get special consideration when someone is marking your paper or determining your final grade because of this.

I took all my exams. I got 73/75 on my maths one. And I bet a got well on my Spanish one. But on my English one I got 48/50 on my multiple choice questions, but on my essay questions, in which we could use our novel for, I didn't do well because it made me sick to read. And I aced my computer one because I still am good at computers when I'm sick. :P

Nice! Congratulations on the marks, they're very good considering you were not well. You must be a naturally intelligent person, either that or you studied the subject matters in the exam till you knew every last detail before you got sick and you could rely on all that information :)
