Hmm...I'd create "Idiot Lane" and put it in Washington, DC. Preferably somewhere near a group of elected officials' offices or homes.

EDIT: This isn't a jab at any particular elected offical - it's a jab at ALL elected officials.

I'd name streets after passages of some sort in Middle-Earth (Greenway, Anduin, Caradhras...), and I'd put them in this town near where I live that looks astoundingly like Hobbiton. Or rather, I'd rename the existing streets, in case people retaliated by calling me Sharkey.
