Never heard of this game before in my life. We have a game called "Ram Sam Sam" where everybody kneeled on the floor. The words were

A ram sam sam
A ram sam sam
A willy willy willy willy ram sam sam
A ram sam sam
A ram sam sam
A willy willy willy willy ram sam sam
I'm a nutcase!
I'm a nutcase!
I'm a willy willy willy willy ram sam sam
I'm a nutcase!

On ram sam sam you would pat the person to the left of you's knees in time with the 'am' in ram and sam. For 'willy' you would go to the person on your right and place your right hand above their head and the left one below. Without touching their head you would wiggle your fingers and go back to the patting of the person on the lefts knees at 'ram sam sam'. For 'I'm a nutcase' you stay kneeling down but you go up in a sort of mexican wave fashion with your arms each time you say 'I'm a nutcase'. Using the actions you sing the words and do the actions. You speed it up every time you do it and by the end it's very fun. Try it with your friends.
