A couple of days ago I bought the Series One DVD box set of a tv programme. I put it into the DVD player and it turns out that it's not Series One. It's Series Four. I take the disc out and put the second disc in. It's still Series Four. I look at the discs and it says very clearly on each disc that it's Series One. So why is it playing Series Four when it's clearly meant to be Series One? It says it's Series One on the case and on the disc.

I got it from HMV so I hope it can be returned. I have the receipt so that's always a good thing!

It's Bad Girls. If you live in the UK then you probably know what it is.

i know what it is, but havent watched it since the second series.

HMV should be fine - one of my friends returned a DVD there last week after they'd watched it saying that it was a gift and they already had it.

Bad Girls has got to 4 series? Ye Gods.

Take it back. You've got the receipt, there was a problem. Should be fine.

Series 8 of Bad Girls is starting in the spring ;)

I took it back. They had no more in stock though so we've had to order it. HMV will ring us when they've got it in stock. Anyway, I bought a CSI DVD instead so I'm going to watch that tonight :)

Most people aren't huge fans of prison shows, I'm surprised it lasted that long Oo.

Bad Girls is really popular. It's gritty and very hard-hitting. Some of the things that happen on the show are shocking but that's what draws the viewers in I imagine. However, it isn't nearly as good as CSI. That is my all time favourite programme. I know it's not prison drama (well, I suppose sometimes it can be) but I just thought I'd mention it ;)

Being an American, I haven't seen it. I'd just heard that it was some popular British prison show. ^^;
