So my money finally went through from my bank to paypal, so I could get premium.

I went through all the registration and got up to where they asked how I'd like to pay. I clicked the paypal picture and got taken to the paypal site. I logged in as directed and agreed to all the terms and clicked continue. To find it asking me to add a Credit Card ><

Does Neopets require a Credit Card backing? Am I doing something wrong? Or is there some reason it's not working that I could get around.

So yeah, all help appreciated =)

Have you gone through all of the verification procedures on Paypal (it's 6:30 am here, I can't remember what all it entails/is called)? Until you do, a credit card is needed.

If you have...then I don't know. I don't play Neopets, so maybe there are limits on paying with Paypal. I thought they were having lots of issues with it a couple of months ago.

You can have it take money directly from your bank or your bank card. As long as you have some sort of payment hooked up and you do all the verifications, it should be fine.

Well it says it's verified (my account) so I don't think that is it. I've tried it in IE, I've tried everything.

Do you have a bank card? You can try that. And are you sure it's not an ad you can skip? They'll ask for you to add things once in a while, but it tends to be optional.
