Ahhh what's some good painkillers that aren't pain killers?

I've had so many tylenol's in the past day I think if I have any more I'm going to die, but I NEED more pain killers because I feel like I'm about to die because I have this feeling like my lungs are dripping into my stomach and having a fight with my kidneys, and it REALLY REALLY hurts REALLY REALLY BADLY like... WORSE than any broken bone the world could EVER EVER bring and NO ONE knows anything about pain killers around here, and since there's a lot of people around here maybe someone could be a lovely person and tell me some food.. or a drink.. or.. SOMETHING that stops pain.

Pleaaaaaaaaase if you know ANYTHING tell me, I'm so desperate I'd eat lightbulbs if someone told me it would help.

Have you tried seeing a doctor? It sounds like you're in pretty bad shape.

Sorry to hear you're in so much pain. :( If the only type of pain reliever you've been taking has been Tylenol, you might want to try something else that's not an acetaminophen. You could try ibuprofen (Advil or Motrin), aspirin (Bayer) or naproxen sodium (Aleve)--the names in parentheses are over-the-counter versions of the medicine available in the US. I personally find Aleve to be the most powerful one but it varies since everyone's different.

Like Ski said though, perhaps you should see a doctor or at least try calling one up for more professional advice. Hope you feel better!

No.. no.. not like the flu.. not like the worst flu in the world.. like ripping peices of your lungs out bit by bit.. the only thing that's ever felt a little bit like this was when my kidneys were inflamed.. or infected.. and that was NOTHING.

*hugs*

Er, you might want to go see a doctor or some form of medical advice if the pain's that bad.

Make sure, even if the pain's terrible, that you don't have more than the amount per day that's written on the box.

Gone, forever.

If pain is debilitating, you should see a physician, as it could signal something very serious.

Also, you should never take more medicine than the recommended maximum dosage on a bottle. Tylenol causes liver damage, aspirin can cause internal bleeding and temporary hemophilia-like symptoms, and anti-inflamatories (like Aleve and Advil) can cause heart muscle damage.

If you are in so much pain that the over-the-counter drugs you are taking are not managing pain, you should see a doctor immediately. Try to go to a doc-in-the-box (usually called "urgent care centers), because they treat you like an emergency room patient, but do not charge emergency room fees.

Go to a doctor now, Jen. The last time my mom had a pain remotely like that it turned out to be gall stones. If it's gall stones (not saying it IS gall stones, but it's a possibility) then you're really brave o_0

Had any really fatty foods recently?
