For whatever reason (which I guess is cost), I always drink it from a glass. There are cans in the fridge that very rarely get used, there is always a 2L bottle available in the fridge, so I just use that. I don't have ice however. Then I would have to open the freezer door too...

Describe fountain for me, please. I'm getting the image of the unlimated soda fountain... like a water fountain... but that'd be free, so would never happen.

Or it could be a chocolate fountain arrangement. But that really makes me ask myself the question, why? I somehow doubt it.

So, fountain, please?

A fountain drink comes from a soda fountain, which you usually find in fast-food restaurants. Here's what a soda fountain looks like: Image

Hey, if it's a free refill give me a fountain anytime :P
It's nice and cold, and fresh and still bubbly.
Other wise, in a glass with ice :)

I'd call that a... self-service pump? A drink dispenser? I'm not sure, I don't think I've ever had to call it a name (rather, I'm just going to get a drink from there).

Soda fountain is a North American term referring to the carbonated drink dispensers

Yeah, that's where I got the term. I've never actually heard anyone call them soda fountains, but we do call drinks we get from them fountain drinks, so it makes sense that they'd be called soda fountains...even if it's easier to call them "drink thingies" like I do.

Eww I imagined a drinking fountain and it would all erode my teeth as it soaks my teeth in Coke!

But that's completely not what happens.

Sorry for the american slang. Wherer ever I travel, I usually hear them called foutains, but the one time I went to London, I cant remeber if the term was used.
