Favorite: DDR.

Third favorite: Tae bo.

Least favorite: Everything else. I'm completely serious.

I can't stand most forms of excercise. I especially abhore running of any sort and swimming. However, I do enjoy playing certain sports (tennis, badmintton, ping-pong, etc), though I stink at them all. Too bad those games require a partner, and right now no one is really available.

Oh, I forgot to mention least favourites. I couldn't do a chin-up or a push-up to save my life. I can't run either.

Favorite-Sit ups
Least Favorie- Push ups. I've never been able to do them because my back hurts when I do, and the teachers were always so stubborn about it.. "Its not that it hurts, its that she just doesnt want to do it and shes lazy!"

I can't do sit-ups for my life. How are you supposed to lift your back without moving your feet up? Me and my pathetic abs have yet to figure that out. That makes them my least favorite.

I enjoy running, but I'm particularly slow and have to stop very often, but I don't mind doing it. *hugs the track unit in PE when no one has to do sit-ups* I also don't mind biking, badminton, walking, or hula-hooping. My aunt had a "medicinal hula-hoop" that claimed to help you lose weight. (Yeah right.)

Favorite: yoga

Least Favorite: I'm not fond of push-ups.

Other favorites are swimming, dancing, and skipping rope.

I hate doing push-ups. I like doing sit-ups. I like running as well as other different exercises which I have no idea what their names are though! ^.^;; Fufuufu....Oh, I also like daning, tennis, and basketball! XP

If we're talking specific exercises, I like sit ups the best, and I really hate pull ups...because we do pull ups on a really awkward piece of wood that digs into your wrists.

Otherwise, athletics- jumping and short distance running

I can't stand running long distances at all. I would rather do 3000 crunches than run 1/2 a mile.

I don't really care for your typical exercize things like pullups or situps. I like doing variations of them that work better and help with cheerleading. I like jumping on the trampoline and swimming too.

I love ice skating, pilates, and biking. Oh, and jumping on a trampoline, too.

I hate running, push-ups, chin-ups, and anything that focuses on my arms. I have really strong legs, and weak arms (classical characteristic of a figure skater).

Dancing is the perfect form of exercise for me, and the only one I'll willingly do (which is why my mummy made me take ballet).

I hate everything else because I can't do anything that requires physical activity. It's not that I can do dance either, actually.

Trampoline is by far my favorite. I like to exercise, just I don't do it that often. :lol:
