If you want to wear it, wear it. It;s no-one's choice but yours. If people tell you they don't like it, say 'At least I'm individual'.
A while ago there was this 'punky' faze for girls, where I live. Loads of girls wearing pink and black tops and stuff. Then it faded away. And there was a load of pink and black tops and baggy black trousers on sale. Muhahaha.

So that means that soon there'll be a sale where I live of all the Abercrombie too-tight shirts and tiny skirts that everyone buys?
My parents should at least be thankful I don't dress like that. The shirts are about $80 each.

I wear stuff like that all the time. Just wear it, and if anybody comments on it, point out that you didn't hire them as a fashion consultant and to keep their opinions to themselves.

You're good at this, Fidds.
"This" being convincing me of stuff.

Quite obviously she eats her clothes.
Anyway, have you worn them yet or are you too afraid?

I used to be a total prep (everyone in my family went to private school), but now I go to a public high school and wear whatever I want (I'm a skater, I guess), and they don't care.

I've worn them, but not to school obviously.

As far as clothing is concerned....
I'm a poser.
It's the only label I could stand to place myself under, because it's essentially the "un-label". I like the idea of wearing whatever I want to wear without having to conform to a style of personality. I want to be able to dress punk, goth, hippie, preppy, whatever my mood suits to me.
If people don't like it, that's their problem.

(Note to self: find funky goth pants in my size...)
Now I have no need to mention the pants I'm currently wearing
