Camps you've been to, want to go to, or are currently attending.

I'm at math camp right now so I will probably tell you guys ALL about it, but I have to go find a shirt for someone.

It's a smart duck....watch it do math..........o.0

I have never been to any camps, except school camps which involved tramping across mountains.

I have been to two camps. One was a ponyclub trip, the other was to John Island, years agpo. And we had to swear those ugly yellow watercoats..
At the Pony Club camp, it was fun. When we got there, we had one horse each, some wire, 2 poles and 2 barrels. And we had to make enough stuff to do for 2 weeks. Didn't think we could do it, but you wouldn't believe what you can figure out to do with wire. Wire is your friend when your bored.
John Island was cold. It was.. what year.. 1998. I was 14 at the time, and it was a very cold myserable camp. It was good that they had a huge lodge so we could be inside, but it wasn't worth over a thousand dollars to sit inside and make crafts. When you went outside, you were soaked. When you were inside, you were sitting in humid stinky air because no one would go out and swim. That camp sucked.

I don't go to any camps, I have a job and am already going to be gone for a week in Florida so I can't afford to miss many more days in a row like that.

I've been to 4 camps so far, it's quite a nice way to spend time if your bored. and your money... lol

The first one I went to was ok, I was scared and didn't know english very well so I can't say it was very bad or good. The second one was awefull, I hated it, It was some girl scout camp and it was boring, everyone was younger than me and there wasn't much to do. The third camp was weird, again everyone was younger than me and there wasn't much to do. We went swimming every day which was just stupid because I hate swimming alot! The fourth camp was awesome! I had so much fun, it's also the camp I'm going to this year! Every day you get to choose what you do, it can be anything from swimming in a lake to horseback riding and rope climbing (so fun!), you have lunch, breakfast and dinner every day, you even get to eat snacks at night. You can bring CD players too! I can't wait to go there again!

I've been to camps before, don't remember for what. I've also worked at camps. I don't plan on going to one this summer. School's gonna start soon and I'm going on a trip late August. Doesn't interest me much. If I wanted to keep myself busy I would've gotten a job.

I only go to band camp, but it's not really a camp. It's more like practice for three hours in the morning and three hours in the evening at the school. It's still fun, and a few people are joking about pitching tents on the field so it'll actually be a camp.

I've only been to 1 camp which was a school one. It was evil and involved too much walking. The food was disgusting, the lights in the girls cabins didn't work and they had giant cockroaches everywhere (They also had giant spiders but I'm not scared of them). We had to use long drops when we were at the tents *cries*

But the glowworm walk was fun, except for when we were all talking about a serial killer living in the bush so this guy hid and jump out going "Woobabawooboo!" :roflol: Someone fell in the creek when that happened lol!

It was compulsory for us to go to camp in year 7 and year 9. The food was terrible. I remember in year 9 camp, instant noodles were "food from heaven" *coughs* oh well. It was quite fun, yes, even the 9 hour hike XD Besides from that, we got to go sailing, canoeing and we had a "fashion show". It's supposed to be an "environmentally" one cuz we only had bin liners and leaves to make the costumes. Apparently people just went and tore leaves from trees and bushes and etc. *poor tweees*
I don't recall much from the year 7 one, but well, I don't exactly want to XD :D:D

I've also been to "real" camping...like setting up tents. It was fun, considering my best friend and another friend and I were squished up in this small tent for 2 people, away from other people. Each of us took turns to guard the tent because we heard something funny outside XD It was just leaves.

Another time I went with my friend who lives a flat below me to a camp. MAN it was totally wild! The night, we were having this fire and some of the guys were trying to breakdance and scooped up loads of sand in their pants. hilarious XD

I've been to loads of other camps, but well, few years ago, so I don't remember much. :D

I went to a four day cheerleading camp at a college last year. It was fun but I was in so much pain the last 2 days. It was super hot outside and I got stupid bad tanlines. The food was horrible and I barely ate anything and I ended up losing like 5 pounds. It was really fun when both the coaches had to go home so we were at camp all alone. It was like one big party when we got back from practicing. We kinda went crazy. The fire alarm accidently got set off and our whole building had to go outside because someone shot the alarm with a watergun. The coaches still don't know that happened and neither did any of the other squads.

I went to a one day stunt camp earlier this summer. And I have another cheerleading camp later this summer at the beggining of August. The only camps I've ever been to are cheerleading camps.

I love soccer guys.

Does it count that I'm camping out in the computer room with a bowl of tortillini soup, two yoohoo's, and a bag of white chedddar cheese puffs?

I've been to one camp, which was ages ago in 2nd grade. It was sponsered by the town. I liked it, but the next year funding for it was cut.
